Request Registration Information

Thank you for your interest in Rhythm Dance Center. Each year we send out personalized registration packages to all of our current dance families.  If you would like to receive a personalized registration package indicating the classes we feel are most appropriate for your dancer please fill out the form below.  Information about our Summer Program is generally sent out between April-June, information about our Recreational Program is generally sent out during July.  If you are interested in our Competitive Program, auditions generally take place during June.

If you have more than one dancer, please submit a separate form for each dancer.
